How to use

NEW FEATURES

To protect your personal information, all customers must set a username for their online account from Feb 2021.

You will be required to privide a username if you have not set it before. You can change your username at My Account.

Your username must fulfill the following criteria:

  • 6 – 40 characters
  • Alphanumberic only

We recommend that you do not set your personal information as a username. E.g. NRIC, phone number, DoB, etc.

REMITTANCE QUESTIONS

Firstly, you need to add a beneficiary before sending money to him/her.

Tap on Add Beneficiary, select a currency and key in the details of the beneficiary.

Once you finish the steps, you can remit to the beneficiary by tapping the person at Remit page.

Entering amount, providing supporting documents (if required) and pay.

Under History page, you can get all transactions records from 1 year ago to the present.

Tap on a transaction to see the transaction detail.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

You can change the language at the login page. Find the language button at the top-left corner, tap to change to Simplified Chinese (简体中文) or English.

Or you can go to My Account page, tap on Settings and change the language.

To enable this function, you must use username and password logged in first.

Once you logged in, go to My Account page, tap on Settings and turn on biometric login feature.

When the next time open the app, you can use biometric login instead of username and password.

Please note:

  • Once your account logged in on another device, the previous bio-metric login will be invalid.
  • The biometric login feature is only available if supported by the device and system.
