You can receive marketing materials by turn on the settings in your online remittance account.
To open those settings, login to your Web Remit, click on “My Account” tab and edit Marketing Consent settings.
Due to COVID-19, counter business time changed to 9:00 am to 8:30 pm start from 7/5/2020. You can use online remittance or email remittance, or contact our customer service center.

If you are a new customer, or you are unable to complete your register online, you can submit an account opening request here.
Alternatively, you can visit our branch, our staff will assist you.
Normally, funds will available in:
|Chinese Yuan||Within 1 day|
|Malaysian Ringgit||2 – 3 working days|
|New Taiwan Dollar||2 – 3 working days|
However, public holidays of Singapore and the country of beneficiary’s bank will affect the processing time. Please consider do the transaction on weekdays.
If someone has entered the wrong password multiple times while logging in to the website, the account will be temporary locked by system. If you receive an SMS about your account has been locked, please contact our customer service center and change your password.
You can use bio-metric login in your ChangCheng app instead of username and password.
Please note, do NOT open this function on common devices and logout every time.
