When you use Web Remit, please do NOT click on Forward, Backward, Refresh or Close button, it may cause your payment to fail or duplicate payments.

This guide will help you to use the Web Remit service of Zhongguo Remittance Pte. Ltd.. Please follow the steps below. Please note that this guide is only applicable to customers who have already registered for the Web Remit service before.

Logging in to Web Remit

Our Web Remit website is https://remit.zgr.sg. After entering the Web Remit website, enter your registered ID number and the password you have set, click “Sign In”. Then enter OTP to complete the authentication.

Fill in Beneficiary and Sender Information

Click “Remit” located on the top of the page, then follow the instructions to select the receiver, fill in the sender information, source of funds and remittance purposes and other information. Read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions” and click “Next”.

Transfer Funds

The picture below shows the method you can transfer funds to us. We support eNETS, NETS QR or iBanking transfer.

① Please follow the steps on the webpage and transfer to our account via online banking or ATM.

⚠ We recommend that you fill in your name or other personal information in Initial field to process your transaction faster.

② Upload the picture of your transfer slip/screenshot

Screenshot the internet banking successful transfer page and upload via browser. If you use ATM transfer, please state “网上汇款” or “Web Remit” on ATM Transfer receipt(s) before uploading.

Pay by eNETS

If you would like to pay by eNETS or NETS QR:

Your browser will redirect to eNETS website to complete the payment. Please follow the prompts on the eNETS website.

The payment limit for eNETS is associated with the NETS limit you set at the bank. The following limits are for your reference only. To find out about your eNETS limits, please log in to your online banking or contact your bank.

All steps are complete now. You can send the details of this remittance to your email or check the status of the remittance in the history. Once the remittance is complete, we will notify you via SMS, and you can download the remittance receipt in “History”.

Please note

  • Currently the maximum amount you can send by using Web Remit is SGD 50,000 and only accept eNETS, Internet Banking or ATM transfer. Transactions exceeding the limit or not being transferred in accordance with the specified method will be rejected.
  • Zhongguo Remittance Pte. Ltd. will NOT change our Web Remit websites URL neither our bank account number. You can check with our official website or get in touch with our customer service center.
  • Beware of fraudulent calls, text messages, emails and unknown links to counterfeit companies, banks and government agencies.
  • Zhongguo Remittance Pte Ltd will NOT request your private information via calls, SMSes and emails, or let you enter your privacy information on any unofficial website (e.g., bank card password, SMS OTP and other privacy information).
